Halloween Chic Bar Mitzvah
Jordan’s Bar Mitzvah was frighteningly fun to put together! We have to admit we were a tiny bit concerned (him being a teen boy and all) that he was thinking macabre when he said he wanted a Halloween theme, but he was thrilled by the retro spooky elegance we came up with for the party at the storied Sentinel Hotel. We started with the Gothic logo from the talented Lisa McGuire at Crave Designs. Suzanne Shick Event and Floral Design had a ball with black, purple, lanterns, pumpkins, candles and crows. The pièce de résistance was the webbed window table chart in the entry from Letters and Dust. Finally, there were no tricks here as guests were treated to Sugar Shapes devilishly delicious custom spider cookies as favors. Such a wicked cool theme we hadn’t planned before captured here by Love & Photography.
Crave Designs created all the signage and table numbers for the event, incorporating their custom Jordan logo and style.
Suzanne Shick’s decor was hauntingly beautiful and set the tone for the spirited celebration.
Every detail, from the napkins to the food and drinks, kept with the Halloween theme.
High Fidelity Entertainment kept all the ghouls and boys monster-mashing on the dance floor through the witching hours. No Halloween-themed mitzvah would be complete without a candle lighting ceremony and Jordan killed it! Stumptown Booth and ZariArt were also on hand to add to the amusement.
Jordan treated all his Halloween party revelers to Sugar Shapes cookies – a perennial favorite favor of BLC Events.
Boo! This blogger is ready to R.I.P. until the next big event! Thank you Davis Family for having BLC Events orchestrate this thriller of a celebration. Mazel Tov, Jordan!
