Package includes the following services: 

• Full financial planning, budget creation and tracking

• Party Theme Development

• Venue Recommendations

• Invitation and Save the Date Suite: Design, Production, Mailing

• Event Design

• Barbara & Associate throughout entire planning process and onsite day of the Mitzvah. Includes up to 5 client meetings and attendance at all vendor appointments.

• Client access to full web based planning portfolio using BLC Events planning software: includes live access to guest list, RSVPs, design boards, vendor contracts, timeline and calendar reminders

• Floor plan and party layout at venue

• Coordination of all Mitzvah Day Accessories such as escort cards, table numbers, menus, sign in item and favors.

• Overnight accommodations and hotel blocks

• Coordination of all vendors

• Contract Review

• Mitzvah Weekend detailed timeline provided to all vendors and family
