• Client access to full web based planning portfolio using BLC Events planning software: includes live access to guest list, RSVPs, design boards, vendor contracts, timeline, checklist and calendar reminders
• Execution of processional, recessional & ceremony rehearsal

• Contract Review
• Wedding day detailed timeline provided to all vendors and wedding party
• Coordination of all Wedding Day Accessories such as escort cards, programs, reserved seating, menus and favors.

• Overnight accommodations and hotel blocks
• Full financial planning, budget creation and tracking
